This remote position will be responsible for answering incoming phone calls and online chat inquiries, providing excellent customer service to clients and their families. The role also includes general virtual assistant tasks such as scheduling, data entry, email management, and other administrative support duties as assigned. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and compassionate, with strong communication skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
